I have been doing Lisa’s on line classes for a good few weeks now and I absolutely love them! For someone who has never done Pilates before, I can definitely see the difference now in what I can do. Lisa is a great teacher, really patient, supportive and very encouraging - I would definitely recommend giving one of her classes a go, you won’t regret it.
